5. No Forced Dispatch

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for dispatch services.
• Maintain all required licenses, permits, and insurance coverage.
• Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations related to transportation and logistics.

7. Limitation of Liability

RDS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with a 30-day written notice. Upon termination, clients are responsible for any outstanding payments for services rendered.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

RDS reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
